Lily Pejkic
Lily commenced her Electrical career in 2007 with an apprenticeship with Energy Australia and went on to work within the power industry for over 10 years. There she gained invaluable skills with a variety of roles including substation construction and maintenance, linesman and fibre communications technician. With this experience, she went on to start her own company, Sydney Solar and Batteries.
Achieving solar and battery accreditation with the Clean Energy Council, Lily became the head installer and designer for her business. Over the last several years, Lily and her team have designed and installed hundreds of solar and battery systems tailored to the needs of the client.

Lily comes from a background of community and environmental projects. She was the Grants and Sustainability Co-ordinator of her children?s local primary school where she facilitated several sustainability projects. She has a degree in Environmental Science and has held previous roles as Environmental Officer at Ausgrid.
Her passion for sustainability and the environment facilitated her interest in the renewable energy industry. Community driven, she has a passion to help give people a better understanding of the benefits of solar and renewables.
Her experience with sustainability has enhanced her work with architects and builders, incorporating solar design at the early stages of any build or renovation. Lily is driven by her work, which is both rewarding and purposeful. Juggling work and family life, Lily?s objective is to be a role model for not only her own children, but future generations of women who may face similar obstacles as a female in the trades and renewables industry.
